I have been following a gluten free lifestyle for more than ten years, but it was only when my husband and I moved to Wickford, Rhode Island that I became really passionate about baking. I started watching the Great British Bake off and that inspired me to create delicious treats - not that I've created any mousse cakes, Christmas stollen, or mirror glazes - yet!

I started watching baking videos and signed up for some Wilton online cake decorating classes. Then I heard about Rhode Island's new law that allows cottage baking businesses and I knew I had to try it!
